The niggling feeling that you should be getting more done, be more productive, be in a better mood, be able to handle life with more ease, be getting out more, lighten the #@!% up, and just GET ON WITH LIFE!
Is this what you keep thinking to yourself?
Is every fiber in you just screaming to stay home and hide? Blow off that dinner date with your old college friend? Are you dreading that upcoming family get-together? Is work not even a safe haven from your “not fun” thoughts?
Do you keep thinking to yourself, “What is WRONG with me?!”?
There’s every chance that there IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU.
It might be….that you’re just GRIEVING.
About me
I’m a certified grief educator who supports individuals navigating loss, illness, caregiving, and life’s significant transitions. My work is grounded in both professional accredited training and personal experience caring for loved ones through prolonged illness. As a peer who understands emotional overwhelm and isolation as a result of coping with caregiving and uncertainty, I’m passionate that clients feel heard and understand they don’t need to be “fixed”. Grief is a normal part of life and there is nothing “wrong” with them.
Services
Grief is not limited to the death of a loved one. It can arise from serious illness, caregiving responsibilities, divorce, relationship changes, friendship losses, job loss, pet loss, retirement, and other life transitions. Through one-on-one grief support sessions with my clients, we process what’s changed, honor what’s been lost, and create ways to move forward that feel meaningful and sustainable.

David Kessler’s Grief Educator Certification program trains professionals and caregivers to support people through loss with compassion, practical tools, and a deeper understanding of grief. Kessler is a widely known grief expert, author, and founder of Grief.com.
